During Carnival, a parade of allegorical floats and groups takes place in Ciminna through the streets of the town with the spectacular and traditional shooting of “pittiddi” or confetti. A program full of events, especially on Sunday and Shrove Tuesday, which also offers the opportunity to taste the typical Carnival sweets produced by the town’s pastry shops.
