Commonly known as Sacramentello. It is located at the eastern edge of the town of Ciminna, on the border between the town and the open countryside, adjacent to the road leading to the former Capuchin convent and the municipal cemetery, leaning against the church of Porta San Gerardo: Unfortunately, its origin is unknown to us. The rectangular chapel is flanked by two pilasters that support a small temple at the end. Its artistic composition leads us to date it to the early 20th century
